She has held senior roles including General Counsel, Legal Executive, and Contract Manager across a broad range of industries, bringing deep cross-sector fluency to every engagement.

Throughout her career, Tomi has structured and negotiated high-value commercial agreements with some of the world's most recognised organisations — including Netflix, Disney, Amazon, and the University of Oxford. Her work spans jurisdictions across the US, Canada, UK, and Africa, giving her a genuinely international perspective on the commercial and contractual challenges businesses face at every stage of growth.
